Elliot’s Dad’s Party

8th MAY 1993

Elliot’s dad, John Seymour booked the Sid James Experience to play at his party in Dewlish, Dorset.

The set was split in two with Chris singing on the first half and Sarge playing drums, then they swapped for the second set. Paul Cartwright joined the band as an additional singer and percussionist.

Elliot’s 4-track tape recorder was set up to record the performance, but got melted by the lighting set-up.

A recording did still survive though and has been distributed amongst friends with cover artwork and graphics by Tim Gannaway.
